Interior and exterior painting, detailed preparation, cabinetry and millwork, doors, trim, and scoped carpentry. Flooring packages can include LVP, laminate, tile, base and transitions.
02Multifamily & shared spaces
Apartment and townhome renovations, coordinated unit turns, lobbies, corridors and community spaces. Wet-area and dog-wash improvements are scoped around moisture, use and the complete assembly.
03Framing, drywall & repair
Scoped wood or metal-stud framing, insulation, drywall installation and repair, texture matching and surface preparation. Existing conditions, drawings, permits and specialty trades shape the work.
04Exterior & property care
Exterior preparation and painting, trim repairs, decks, fencing, gates and scoped property improvements. Assess the cause of deterioration before choosing the repair or coating.
Project requirements and availability are confirmed during scoping. Electrical, plumbing and other regulated work require appropriately qualified providers and applicable permits.
